I have a toshiba laptop that uses windows vista. Somehow my computer got messed up and when i turn my laptop on now it doesnt start windows. Does anyone know how i can fix this and get my laptop to open windows again? Thank you!

reinstall windows, unless you can find a local IT guy, ull lose all your files as well, sorry there’s nothing you can do, at least judging form what you said
