How Do I Get My Laptop To Run An Extra Monitor With A Two Different Displays?

The graphics card in the laptop (Dell Inspiron) allows a TV output but switches off it’s own monitor when it does so. I need one program displayed on the laptops monitor, and another program displayed on a remote monitor. Is this possible and what equipment is needed?

I bought my laptop for about 2 months ago, and now I was thinking if could i change it for another laptop, such as a macbook. My laptop has 1 year warranty, it covers damage and breaking of the laptop. Could it be possible to exchange my laptop for a different one?

My laptop keyboard types different keys then its suppose to. Like if you type K itll type 2 if you type J it will type 1 but the numbers are the same when you type them. How do i fix this?
